Where your company actually stands on AI.

We train your people and measure your AI maturity - with an open method, several perspectives and reviewed findings on European infrastructure.

Well-founded assessments, not certificates. Fixed prices instead of day rates.

Two ways to establish where you stand.

Learn builds the competence the EU AI Act requires. Assess measures where you stand - and how far your organisation agrees about it.

  • Learn

Mandatory training on the EU AI Act, GDPR and NIS2 - course updates on legal changes included.

    • Three catalogue courses: AI literacy, data protection, information security
    • Delivered as a SCORM package into your own LMS
    • Record of completion with name, date and course version

€39€49per employee and year, per course, up to 50 employees - see volume tiers below

Founding price until June 30, 2027

  • Assess

We survey several roles and measure how far their judgements diverge.

    • Maturity profile across eight core dimensions
    • Agreement measure per dimension, with interpretation
    • Report with methodology appendix, signed off by an expert

Learn

The course runs in your own LMS.

Delivered as SCORM 1.2 - the standard with the widest support across corporate LMS platforms. No new platform, no new accounts. Module 6 is configured per customer: your approved tool list, your reporting channels, your data classification.

What the EU AI Act requires of you

Article 4 obliges providers and deployers to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy among their staff. What counts as sufficient depends on prior knowledge, role and context of use - a blanket training course does not satisfy the obligation.

Example

A case handler uses a language model to draft replies. She needs to be able to tell when an output is fabricated. She does not need to know how the model was trained.

Who is responsible for ensuring that employees have AI literacy?

  • The IT department
  • The provider of the AI system
  • The deploying organisation

Assess

A finding you can recalculate.

Eight core dimensions, from strategy and governance through to people and culture, each with a band from not established to managed. Alongside it the measured agreement - and a methodology appendix in which every calculation rule is laid open.

Example data

How we work.

Four steps, in this order. Every number in the report can be recalculated.

  1. 01

    Scoping

The participants jointly fix what is being discussed: unit, roles and dimensions. The catalogue is then frozen under a version number.

  2. 02

    Survey

Each person answers separately, on the same anchored scale, and states how certain they are. Don’t know counts as a missing value, never as zero.

  3. 03

    Analysis

Median per question, mean per dimension, disclosed bands. No model can alter a score.

  4. 04

    Review

No report leaves the system without being checked and released by a person. That is enforced technically.

  1. 01RespondentsSeveral roles answer separately. Answers are attributed by role, not by person.
  2. 02SurveyAnchored scale, rotating order. “Don’t know” counts as a missing value.
  3. 03AnalysisMedian per question, mean per dimension. No model can alter a score.
  4. 04Expert reviewReleased by a person. Enforced technically, with no override switch.
  5. 05ReportWith methodology appendix, catalogue version and the name of who released it.

Your data stays in Europe.

Ascios processes customer data on European infrastructure, using models we run ourselves. No US cloud provider has access - neither technically nor contractually.

Processing and storage
Exclusively on European infrastructure, including the language models used for free-text answers.
Pseudonymisation
Analysis is by role. Real names stay with you; subgroups are reported separately only from three respondents upwards.
Deletion
Once the report is released, the raw answers are deleted. What remains is the report.
Model training
Customer data trains no third-party models - neither surveys nor free text nor evidence.
